At this site you will find general information about homeopathy and a selection of some of the articles I’ve written. There’s also some information about me and the way I work.

About My Practices

In Gainesville I work out of the office of Pamela Smith (licensed acupuncturist).

In Boca Raton I am available for two days most months (usually a Friday and a Saturday).

My Travel Blog describes my homeopathic travels. In 2007 I went to Ireland and the UK and the year before to Japan - to teach about homeopathy! I have written about both trips and included lots of photos.

Use Homeopathy to Prevent & Treat the Flu: The National Center for Homeopathy have made all the articles they have published about the flu in their beautiful magazine, Homeopathy Today, available to all.

Castro's Complete Remedy Kit

The Natural Health Supply has produced a 94-remedy kit to accompany my book: the Complete Homeopathy Handbook. It contains every remedy listed in my book so you'll always have the remedy you need to hand. It's compact, convenient and great value!

I have added a Resource page to this site. It lists many of my 'favorites' including referral sites for finding a homeopath, my favorite homeopathic kits and creams and other good homeopathic stuff.

I am now happily settled in Gainesville. What a beautiful city! There are a multitude of parks, hiking and biking trails here, as well as a fabulous, alternative, healing community.
