Shipping

We only ship to US addresses. All orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
:: Orders with free shipping ship are sent by USPS First Class Mail (3-5 days).
:: When you Check Out you can choose to pay extra for Priority Mail (2-3 days).

We are lickety split shippers! Orders ship the same day or occasionally the next day!

You will receive an email notification once your package has shipped. Please check your spam/junk mail folders if these emails do not appear in your inbox!

International shipping

We only ship internationally (outside of the US) by special order. Please email the following information for a shipping quote:

• Your full address.
• The product or products you would like, and the quantity/quantities for each one.

Returns

Returning Creams: Unopened creams (with the seal intact) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Creams that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund or 50% of the total cost. We regret that refunds cannot be given on opened creams.

Shipping on Returned Products: Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. If the return is a result of our error (an incorrect or defective item) return shipping costs will be paid by Miranda Castro’s Shop.

Defective Products: We shall replace a defective product or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are sent within a few days of receipt of returned product/s and usually take a few days to appear in customers’ accounts. An e-mail confirming receipt of the product as well as the refund will be sent.

Privacy
